Soothing cream with all essential oils- magnesium oil, arnica oil, peppermint oil, rosemary, cypress oil, marjoram oil and eucalyptus.  This stuff can be rubbed in anywhere you have a bruise or a strain or a sore spot.  Just no cuts or open skin!
